Tania Tindale
Tania is an Associate Director at Indigo and has been with the company since 2006, having previously worked for two local authorities and more recently at the Bell Cornwell Partnership.
Tania has 18 years professional experience, principally in development control work. She is experienced in advising on the development potential of sites, appraising planning policies, negotiating with officers, obtaining planning permission for both residential and commercial development schemes and preparing evidence for planning appeals.
Tania has considerable experience of appearing as expert planning witness at public inquiries, for both private and public sector clients.
Principal projects include:
- Acton, West London - Advising on major mixed-use developments, including environmental impact assessment (EIA) for Berkeley Homes.
- Kingston Riverside - Project managing a high density residential development with appropriate ground floor use in prime riverside location.
- Clapham, London - Advising on the proposed regeneration of Clapham Estate for higher density residential development on behalf of Peabody Trust.
- Portchester, Hampshire - Promoting a large scale residential site on a green field site, including giving expert evidence at a public inquiry.
- Lydd Airport London Ashford, Kent - Advising on an airport expansion project in an environmentally sensitive location.
