Residential: Prospect Place
Prospect Place, Cardiff
A large development of approximately 700 residential units on an environmentally sensitive site, reclaimed from Cardiff Bay. The proposals were subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment. Indigo led a multi-disciplinary team including RMA Architects, WSP Development, WSP Environmental, Bigham Hall O' Hanlon, AES, Wimtec, and Battle MCCarthy which prepared an Environmental Impact Assessment. Indigo subsequently achieved Planning Permission to increase the total number of apart-ments to approximately 1,000. This required an assessment of the impacts not only from the site but also from those arising on other large-scale regeneration projects on adjoining sites in Cardiff Bay.
Indigo were the lead planning and environmental impact advisors providing strategic advice and project managing the production of the ES including management of the sub and technical consultants.
