The application process…
Candidates should have a strong interest in planning, a desire for developing commercial awareness and acumen, along with excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.
The recruitment process takes place at the beginning of each year and applications are normally required by March. Suitable candidates are invited to participate in an assessment event and then short listed for a second interview.
