Prestatyn Town Centre
In March 2008 Indigo secured full planning permission for Stadium Developments Ltd to develop a new retail park adjoining Prestatyn town centre. The development comprises 13,377 sqm of open A1 retail floorspace (including 2,787 sqm of convenience floorspace) on a site largely allocated for employment purposes. Subsequent permissions were secured for an additional 558 sq m of open A1 non food floorspace to provide 4 kiosk units, along with an increase of 4,530 sqm of floorspace to enable the provision of full cover mezzanines across the development. Indigo was instructed to progress discharge of all conditions and the permission was implemented summer 2008.
