Residential: Paragon
Paragon Site, Brentford
This proposal was for the development of 900 student study rooms and 220 key worker residential units. The proposal also included a 12,000 m2 (129,168 ft2) state of the art university teaching space. The buildings ranged from 5-18 storeys. The submission included the preparation and submission of an Environmental Impact Assessment. Indigo were the lead consultants and the main planning advisors supported by Capita Symonds and AIG. Planning permission has been approved and construction is underway.
Indigo provided strategic planning advice, led negotiations with the local planning authority and project managed the production of the Environmental Statement.
