Indigo are instructed by Fleming Developments Ltd to prepare a planning application for just under 200 residential units, 225 bed hotel, over 1,350sq.m of commercial floor area together with associated works. This high quality, mixed-use development is currently with the LPA for determination.
Prior to the application being submitted there was extensive consultation with key stakeholders, the wider community and the GLA. A number of key issues had to be addressed which included the loss of employment together with a high density of residential units. An Environmental Impact Assessment was managed and submitted by Indigo alongside the planning application.
