Lytham Primary Care Centre
Lytham Primary Care Centre will provide a modern purpose built facility for GP Services. The site is being developed by primary care development specialists Primary Asset and is due to open in Spring 2009.
Indigo provided a wide range of services to bring forward a successful development on land deemed vulnerable to flooding. Indigo's work included negotiating S106 contributions, undertaking a PPS25 Sequential Site Analysis and resolving a number of issues arising from the need to alter certain aspects of the scheme as the project progressed.
