Leanne Croft
Leanne is an Associate with Indigo Planning and has been with the company since 2006.
Leanne began her planning career in 1998 working in Development Control as a Planning Officer with a number of local authorities in Australia between 1998 and 2004.
After gaining valuable experience in dealing with a broad range of development projects, Leanne moved to the private sector in 2004, where she worked as a Senior Planner, managing a wide range of development projects for key clients in a fast growing coastal region of Australia. Leanne has a broad range of experience advising on development projects, including residential, retail and mixed-use development schemes, often of a complex and sensitive nature. Leanne has experience in managing the day to day running of planning applications and planning appeals, including public inquiries, and effectively co-ordinating a wide range of projects.
Principal projects include:
- Bromyard Avenue, Acton - Planning permission was achieved in 2007 for residential development comprising 281 new homes in a mix of apartments and terrace dwellings.
- Station Road, Hampton Wick - Planning permission was achieved on appeal through public inquiry for a residential-led mixed use development in Hampton Wick.
- Haydens Road, Harlow - Secured planning permission for conversion of an existing office tower to provide a residential-led mixed use development comprising 112 new dwellings and flexible permission for commercial floorspace at ground level.
- Sainsbury's, East of England - Project Manager providing planning services for all work in the East of England Region including planning applications for a wide range of new stores and extension schemes and day to day monitoring of local development framework activity.
