Kevin Watson
Kevin is an Associate at Indigo and has been with the company since July 2006.
He has over seven years' experience in planning and development related work. He has experience in advising on the development potential of sites, appraising planning policies, negotiating with officers and preparing evidence for planning appeals.
Kevin's project experience covers a broad range of planning matters including residential, commercial, retail, leisure/entertainment and mixed-use developments. He has progressed applications and appeals for small and large scale projects.
Principal projects include:
- Reading City Gateway - Currently advising on a large mixed-use redevelopment in south Reading, including residential, commercial, retail, leisure and community uses.
- Newport - Planning permission secured for redevelopment proposals involving 450 new houses and re-use of locally listed building.
- Two Orchards, Bracknell - Three new office buildings comprising 36,000m² floorspace in Bracknell (currently under construction).
- Hoxton Square - Advising HoxDev Ltd on redevelopment proposals for contemporary residential development with ground floor art gallery space.
- Tower Hill - Successful planning and listed building applications for a contemporary design new restaurant building in the Tower of London World Heritage Site.
- Croydon - Advising John Laing in their successful bid to become URV partner with Croydon Council in order to achieve the regeneration of a significant area of Croydon town centre, including new Council offices and mixed-use towers.
