High Holborn
This is an example of where Indigo has worked closely with specialist listed building architects to develop a mixed-used re-development scheme on a central London site, including the re-use of three listed buildings. In addition, the majority of the site falls within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area.
Prior to the submission of a planning application, listed building application and an application for Conservation Area Consent Indigo had extensive dialogue with both the Local Planning Authority and English Heritage to ensure that every effort has been made to retain, repair or reinstate original features of the listed buildings where possible and to retain the existing plan forms of the listed buildings.
