Greg Dowden
Greg is an Associate Director and joined Indigo in March 2008.
Greg is experienced in advising on development projects throughout the UK, including regeneration and mixed-use development schemes often of a complex and sensitive nature.
Greg is experienced in appearing as an expert planning witness at public inquiries and informal hearings, mainly in London and the south-east. Greg has a particular interest in legal aspects of the planning system.
Principal projects include:
- IMX House, Richmond, Surrey - Promoting a planning application for the demolition of the existing B1 buildings and their replacement with a mixed-use B1 scheme and 107 residential units.
- Premier House, Crawley, West Sussex - Securing planning permission for a new 10,000m² building for B1 use.
- Cumberland Market, London, NW1 - Advising on a new scheme to provide 97 residential units in three new blocks.
- Londonderry City Centre, Northern Ireland - Advising on a new 48,000m² retail use on an edge of centre site
- 29-37 Red Lion Street, London, WC1 - Advising on a change of use and extension of an existing office building to provide floor space of 6,000m² of mixed uses.
