Indigo Planning believes in allowing employees to experience real project work from day one in order for them to develop a wide range of ‘on-the-job' experience. Amply supported throughout, everyone benefits from the ‘team' approach adopted by Indigo.
How we support our staff
Where appropriate we offer graduates funding through a two-year part time master's course at an accredited institution. This combination of academic learning and practical experience ensures that Indigo Planning's graduates develop first-rate knowledge and planning consultancy skills.
Each graduate is assigned a mentor who they meet on a regular basis in order to review progress, set goals and review the range of experience that is being gained.
