David Graham
David is an Associate of Indigo based in the London office and joined the company in 2007.
David advises on a wide range of planning matters throughout the UK but mainly in London and the South East.
Having previously worked for Knight Frank advising on development sites David carries out all aspects of planning including development appraisals, planning applications and appeal work. He specialises in historic building issues and advising clients on the planning issues relating to the disposal of sites.
Principal projects include:
- Residential Care Homes - Advising national operators on the development and disposal of care home portfolios throughout the Country.
- Whitton Dene, Richmond - Winning permission at appeal on behalf of a niche house builder along with negotiating the legal agreement for a scheme of one, two and three bedroom units.
- St Sepulchre Gate, Doncaster - Securing planning permission and listed building consent for an alternative use of an existing office building for a large community use on behalf of Threadneedle Asset Management.
- South and East London - Advising on a number of high density residential developments within London for a range of private equity companies.
- Roots Hall, Southend - Advising on a scheme for a 10,000m² retail store involving demolition of buildings within the Conservation Area and the development of a superstore, petrol station and associated works.
- St John St, Huntingdon - Advising on a mixed-use out-of-centre development consisting of retail and residential units on a 4 hectare site.
