Claire Southam
Claire is an Associate Director at Indigo and joined the company in September 2008. Prior to joining Indigo she worked for Montagu Evans and Farningham McCreadie (latterly merged with White Young Green) based in Edinburgh.
Claire has a wide range of experience advising on development projects throughout the UK and Eire, with a focus on Northern Ireland. In addition to development appraisal work, she has prepared Environmental Impact Assessments and Major Planning Submissions for a range of developments, as well as retail impact assessments for factory outlet centres, food and non-food developments.
She has given retail and planning evidence at Public Inquiries and Hearings in both Scotland and Northern Ireland. Claire will be involved in a range of development projects at Indigo and has a particular interest in urban regeneration schemes.
