Caroline Huett
Caroline Huett joined Indigo Planning in June 2007 whilst studying for a degree in Urban Planning, Design and Management from University College London.
"In the 14 months since I joined I've been involved in an enormous variety of work from town centre regeneration schemes to airport extensions. Being involved in these large projects is very exciting although some of the most rewarding work I have done is managing small projects where junior employees are often given a large amount of responsibility and client exposure which is unusual for a large company. Indigo Planning has also been very supportive of my academic aspirations and I am about to start a post-graduate course in Urban Regeneration. Combining work and a degree is hard work but perfectly manageable and putting into practice what you've learnt is great for your professional development. It's not all hard work though and there is a real community feel in the office with regular social and sporting events which are always a lot of fun."
