Mixed-use: Beehive Mills

This proposal is for the development of 500 private residential apartments, including a 16 storey tower feature, and in excess of 3,000sqm of commercial floorspace at ground floor level. Indigo has provided strategic planning advice and led negotiations with the Local Planning Authority and the Bradford URC.
The Council resolved to grant planning permission in November 2005, subject to completion of a Section 106 Agreement. Key issues resolved during the application process included those relating to affordable housing provision within the City Centre, and achieving a practical compliance with the aspirational City Centre Masterplan.
