Client: Stadium Developments
Proposal: Retail development.
Awards: Best Retail Park Award 2007.

Site: B&Q, New Malden
Client: B&Q
Proposal: Mixed-use scheme incorporating just under 18,500m2 of retail floorspace.
Awards: Retail Leisure Development of the Year 2008.

Paragon site, Brentford
Client: Berkeley First
Proposal: Development of 900 student study rooms, 220 key worker units and 12,000m² state of the art university teaching space.
Awards: British Home Awards 2007
Commended: Affordable Housing Project 2007.

Site: Bromyard Avenue, Acton
Client: Berkeley Homes
Proposal: A mixed-use scheme incorporating over 600 residential units, and approximately 9,300m2 (100,105 ft2) for a separate bespoke replacement office building for the Department of Social Security.
Awards: Best Office Development in the South East for 2004.

Site: Parkway Camden
Client: Resetadd Limited
Proposal: Redevelopment of former petrol filling station site on a prominent corner location on the edge of Camden town centre. The site is also located within a conservation area and adjacent to a listed building. Planning permission was achieved for a contemporary residential apartment block following an informal hearing.
Awards: British Housing Awards 2006 Commended, High Quality Design.

Site: Amida Club, Hampton
Client: Stax Leisure Limited
Proposal: Health and Fitness Centre in an out-of-centre location within Metropolitan Open Land. A 60,000m² facility comprising nine outdoor tennis courts, four squash courts, a swimming pool, plunge pool and spa, 15,000m² gym together with.shop, restaurant and bar.
Awards: Property Week/Leisure Property - best stand alone leisure project 2004, Retail & Leisure award 2004 - most innovative leisure building design concept winner and UK Health Club of the year 2004.
