Proposal: A mixed-use scheme incorporating over 600 residential units, and approximately 9,300m2 (100,105 ft2) for a separate bespoke replacement office building for the Department of Social Security
Awards: Best Office Development in the South East for 2004

Site: Parkway Camden
Client: Resetadd Limited
Proposal: Redevelopment of former petrol filling station site on a prominent corner location on the edge of Camden town centre. The site is also located within a conservation area and adjacent to a listed building. Planning permission was achieved for a contemporary residential apartment block following an informal hearing.

Proposal: Health and Fitness Centre in an out-of-centre location within Metropolitan Open Land. A 60,000m² facility comprising nine outdoor tennis courts, four squash courts, a swimming pool, plunge pool and spa, 15,000m² gym together with.shop, restaurant and bar
