Aaron Peate
Aaron is an Associate at Indigo and has been with the company since 2003 having previously worked within the private sector.
Aaron has a wide range of expertise and project management experience in large mixed-use, residential and retail projects having previously worked for several national house builders, housing associations and major retailers.
Aaron has a keen interest and specialises in sports and leisure projects. He has project managed a number of planning applications for major football and athletic stadiums as well as golf club redevelopments. Having been involved in large and sensitive development proposals, Aaron is experienced in undertaking environmental impact assessments (EIA). He has experience in the strategic promotion of land for housing and is actively promoting land through the development plan process across the UK.
Principal projects include:
- Charlton Athletic Football Club - Project managing the East Stand extension to The Valley to provide capacity for an extra 4,000 spectators together with proposals for the Training Ground facility in Eltham to provide improved elite and community provision.
- 661 London Road, Isleworth - Securing planning permission for 190 residential units in a 12 storey building, adjacent to Hounslow Town Centre on behalf of Berkeley First.
- B&Q, New Malden - Successfully acquiring planning approval for the redevelopment of an existing retail building to provide an innovative mixed-use development comprising retail warehouse and residential accommodation with sustainable measures including a wind turbine.
- Slinfold Golf Club, Horsham - Securing planning permission for an enlarged replacement clubhouse in the countryside to provide golf, health, fitness and spa facilities on behalf of British Ensign Golf Limited.
- Picketts Lock Athletics Centre, Enfield - Acquiring planning approval for an indoor regional athletics track and stadium. The facility is the largest indoor and outdoor athletics centre serving London and the South of England on behalf of the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority.
